Genesis 21 has worked in collaboration with a
number of educational, employer, labor and workforce development
organizations to research and design Green Career Pathways.

Projects Include

El Paso Electricians
Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee and El Paso Community College-
designed training in basic and intermediate photovoltaic
systems including NABCEP Certification. Assisted in
developing partnerships to deliver training in basic
photovoltaics to organizations working with migrant farm
workers.

Upper Rio Grande
Workforce Development Board and El Paso Community College-
designed career pathways for low-income
and non-English speaking individuals in weatherization and
installation of photovoltaic systems.

Alamo Community College
District- designed
curriculum in basic photovoltaic systems along with an
instructor's guide to preparing students for NABCEP
Certification.

Assisted organizations in South Texas
build capacity to support green jobs in the construction
industry.
