$322,000 from the Texas Workforce Commission as a Skills
Development Grant.

Commerce- $750,000 from SBA to fund the Women's
Border Business Center and $200,000 from SBA to fund the HUBZone Center of Excellence.

Presidio Independent School
District- $300,000 from HUD to fund the West
Texas Training and Entrepreneurial Center.

Alianza Desarrollo Communitario-
$600,000 from the Texas Department of Housing and Community
Affairs to build affordable housing in colonias located in
